Elyse and Tracey met while training as Registered Social Service Workers and discovered we had a shared vision for assisting and elevating women through life challenges and the impacts these challenges have on our mental health.
We have a shared empathy for women at various life stages from our own life experiences and our engrained compassion for women struggling with mental health and wellness.

I am a resilient, warm and approachable person that values creating a safe and comforting environment for connecting with you on a genuine and authentic level.
My Pivotal Moment began when I experienced a back injury in early 2022 and had back surgery ten months later. It was during this break from the corporate banking world where I decided to pursue my passion for helping and empowering women. My injury and surgery and the long healing journey through physiotherapy, chiropractic care and gym training turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I do not believe I would have made this life change if it had not been for those long months waiting for surgery and the difficult healing journey gaining my strength back slowly over time. This was a time of reflection and redirection.
I understand being sidelined from activities you love and the path of struggle to renewed strength. Navigating life experiences on your own can be a very isolating and lonely place, I can assist you in making sense of the difficult emotions and guide you on your healing journey.

I am a very kind and sensitive individual with a big compassionate heart for others. I have always been passionate about advocating for mental health. My personal journey with therapy has made such a massive impact on me. I want to help other women through their own healing journey, especially as we face a lot of barriers and trauma.
My Pivotal Moment was when I experienced a very dark time in my mental health where I felt that there was no way out. I was struggling with suicidal thoughts. I had tried to get help from the resources available as a starving student but there was so many barriers that still turned me away. I felt so lost and helpless, it did not feel like there was an end to the pain.
A couple years later, I have experienced a positive therapy journey after doing a little therapist shopping. I know it can be daunting to reach out for help. I hope to make the process as easy as possible and support you through your own path.
